ChatGPT and comparable artificial intelligence (AI) tools are penetrating all areas of society – not least in schools. They deliver texts, lectures and presentations that humans could not have done better. And the teachers are puzzled as to who or what they should still grade and for what. In the Interview with the NachDenkseiten the educator, media scientist and book author Ralf Lankau pleads for a return to what learning really means in the face of the onslaught of digital technologies: being able to lead a self-determined and self-responsible life.
Personal details: Ralf Lankau, born in 1961, is a professor for digital design, media design and media theory at the Offenburg University of Applied Sciences. He heads the graphic workshop at the Media Faculty, researches experimental media production in art, teaching and science and publishes on design, communication science and (media) education. Lankau runs the project «futur iii – digital technology between promises of freedom and total surveillance«, is a co-initiator of the «Alliance for humane education» and is currently working on the «pedagogical turn, the necessary reflection on education and teaching».

"Dravens Tales from the Crypt" has been enchanting for over 15 years with a tasteless mixture of humor, serious journalism - for current events and unbalanced reporting in the press politics - and zombies, garnished with lots of art, entertainment and punk rock. Draven has turned his hobby into a popular brand that cannot be classified.
