The Austrian plagiarism expert Stefan Weber, who four years ago proved that the then Green Party candidate for chancellor Annalena Baerbock had committed massive plagiarism, presented a 10-page plagiarism analysis of Robert Habeck's doctoral thesis on February 188. In it, he detailed over 120 "source, quotation and text plagiarisms" by the current Green Party's top candidate. Even before this publication, Habeck went public and declared in a video statement that both the University of Hamburg and the President of the Leopoldina, the National Academy of Sciences, had refuted the allegations against him. But this portrayal is highly manipulative. However, a large part of the German media adopted Habeck's version and thus took one-sided sides in favor of the Green politician.
