The failure of justice, the refusal to work or the simulation of the rule of law, has been known for decades:
1. «The deep sleep of judicial complacency is rarely disturbed. Criticism from litigants, lawyers and politicians bounces off a wall of well-organised and functioning self-immunisation mechanisms. Criticism from lawyers and litigants is regularly rejected as one-sided... It is a phenomenon of our media democracy that a profession that has such central political, social and economic power as the judiciary has so successfully evaded the scrutiny of public criticism... The judiciary has long been ripe for bankruptcy. It is expensive, unpredictable and time-consuming. Only 30% of the population have complete confidence in the judiciary. The lottery character of the judiciary, the authoritarian demeanour, the incomprehensible language and the arrogance of many judges in dealing with citizens seeking justice create mistrust and rejection. In particular, the majority of judges approach social science, psychological and criminological findings with shocking ignorance and instead prefer to resort to everyday wisdom and bar-room truths.
– “The country needs new judges. It is time for a public discussion to begin on this issue”, in: Journal for Legal Practice, Issue 14/1990.
2. "If possible, do not take the matter to court; an out-of-court settlement or a quibble-over will always settle the dispute more quickly, more cheaply and, in case of doubt, just as fairly as a judgment. In all seriousness, this means that demanding justice from the courts under the circumstances prevailing in the Federal Republic is an illusion."
– Former Federal Constitutional Court Judge Prof. Willi Geiger in: “Deutsche Richterzeitung” 9/1982, p. 325.
3. "Behind the democratic facade, a system has been installed in the Federal Republic in which completely different rules apply than those of the Basic Law."
– Hans Herbert von Arnim, Professor of Public Law at the University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer, in: “Der Schlesier” of 16.12.2005.
4. "I was a judge at the Stuttgart Regional Court from 1973 to 2004, and during this time I witnessed countless and unbelievable violations and perversions of justice orchestrated by the system, which were/are impossible to challenge because they conform to the system. I have had to deal with countless judges and prosecutors who could simply be called "criminal." However, they were/are sacrosanct because they acted by order of the Mufti or were protected by the system for the sake of their reputation... Taking action against such colleagues in the judiciary is impossible because the system protects itself from being exposed—through consistent manipulation. When I think back on my profession (I am retired), I am overcome by a deep disgust for 'people like me.'"
– Judge aD Frank Fahsel, Fellbach, in the «Süddeutsche Zeitung», 09.04.2008
Within the system, honest judges cannot assert themselves. It is exactly the same in science. Anyone who does not lie and deviates from the truth, for example when it comes to lies about vaccinations or viruses, is sorted out, attacked, slandered and banned from publishing.
That is why it is hypocritical when the Corona Committee repeatedly demands, for example from Dr. Wodarg or Prof. Kämmerer, that Dr. Stefan Lanka, who has been investigating the virus since 1994, should publish within science and state medicine, so that he would be "recognized". But in order to be "recognized", you can only have "their" opinion. You cannot serve two masters, the system and the truth.
