For seven years, the planet's most famous philanthropist carried a security clearance usually reserved for people with access to nuclear weapons data. No office, no mandate, not a single election won. Just 1375 pages of documents that a US senator dumped on a desk at the end of July 2026, while the rest of the world was looking elsewhere.

The clearance is marked "Q," issued by the US Department of Energy, and, according to its own description, equivalent to the Top Secret rank. It was granted on June 11, 2014, and ended on December 6, 2021. The entire pandemic just happens to fall in between. Those authorized to read such documents typically work in a national laboratory and have a supervisor. The declassified documents also reveal who assisted the billionaire in writing them: Anthony Fauci edited his pandemic memo in April 2020 and his book in January 2022 before it was submitted to a publisher, including passing the manuscript to a colleague who destroyed it after reading it. Meanwhile, the then-director of the National Institutes of Health emailed his staff to ask if all of this was coordinated or if Bill was simply acting on his own. Name me another private individual who would prompt that question within a federal agency.

Ninety Minutes of Military Biology Among Friends
On May 3, 2022, the Biological Technologies Office of the military research agency DARPA invited the foundation to a private 90-minute presentation. The program included four projects addressing biological threats, among them one whose stated goal is to target viruses in animals before they appear in humans. This included bat sampling in four countries and a transmissible Lassa vaccine with a built-in off switch, intended for potential use in Sierra Leone, Guinea, and other West African countries. Transmissible here means that the product spreads on its own, from host to host, without a date or signature. This is the most elegant solution anyone has ever found for the troublesome problem of informed consent. If you're not asked, you can't say no. And, ironically, the very countries where such a field trial is being considered have the weakest regulatory bodies in the world. Coincidence, of course.

The nets that ate the fish
Wildlife biologist Forrest Galante recently wrote in a much-discussed podcast appearance Galante raged: Millions of mosquito nets used to combat malaria had ended up at the Cahora Bassa reservoir, and starving people had used them to fish instead of sleep, thereby sifting all the fish fry from the water. The reservoir, he claimed, was the nursery of the Zambezi Valley; the nets had never seen the inside of a house there, having gone straight into the water. The villages, according to his interpretation, had their own way of dealing with malaria: smoky huts and campfires, imperfect, yes, but their own. This direct causal chain is an anecdote, not a study. That needs to be said. It doesn't make the situation any better, though. Because what Galante describes has been in the scientific literature for years. Survey of ten villages in northern Mozambique has measured how many young fish these nets pull from the seagrass meadows, a global overview It documents the practice across the tropics. Inventory at Cahora Bassa itself estimates the decline in fish stocks at over 40 percent, partly due to prohibited equipment made from repurposed mosquito nets.

To be fair: the nets work. A model calculation in Nature attributes around 663 million prevented cases of malaria between 2000 and 2015 to the fight against the disease, well over two-thirds of which are due to the insecticide-treated nets. Anyone who omits this fact is deceiving their readers. But it doesn't answer the real question: What does an organization do when it has known for years that its miracle cure is decimating the protein supply of entire regions elsewhere? It continues distributing them, on a scale that utterly undermines any claims of fine-tuning: 195 million nets went to sub-Saharan Africa in 2023 alone; over three billion have been distributed since the campaign began. Galante describes how people line up, receive the net, and head straight to the shore. No one higher up in the chain needs to have ever witnessed this to know about it. That's the scandal. Not that no one knew, but that no one stopped it.

When the test field strikes back
Those who discover insects as tools don't stop at nets. The Target Malaria consortium has been working on this since 2005. approximately 173 million dollars collected, the lion's share of it from the same foundation. On August 11, 2025, the project released around 16,000 genetically modified males in a village in Burkina Faso. One week later The government ended the program, had the laboratories searched and ordered the destruction of all samples. Justification: biosafety, limited benefit, and scientific sovereignty. An African country had to force its way out of a field trial it had never requested. That Half of Silicon Valley's elite are now breeding mosquitoes, which doesn't make the whole thing any less dangerous.

First the needle, then the fork
At the same time, a claim is circulating that the man invested $50 million in a company that sprays RNA on soybeans, corn, and tomatoes. The figure is correct, but the sender is not: The money came from from Flagship Pioneering, that breeding ground from which Moderna also originates. Anyone who parrots this misinformation is providing the very target the system is waiting for. The former Monsanto CEO happens to sit on the board of directors. He knows perfectly well where oversight ends and marketing begins. No conspiracy is needed when the regulatory loophole is already built in. It's fitting that, according to Land Report With approximately 100,000 hectares across seventeen states, it is the largest private owner of farmland in the USA. First the soil, then the technology on it, then the label that isn't really a label. Who still... Philanthropy is called, never looked up the word in the dictionary.

There is no body that elected him. There is no authority that can dismiss him. There are only files that surface by chance, governments that randomly close laboratories, and fish stocks that randomly disappear. The bill is paid by villages along the Zambezi, farmers in Burkina Faso, and ultimately, by yourself, every time a field experiment is wrapped up as a gift. The most shocking thing about it is not the power, but the applause that still surrounds it!

My blog was never designed to spread news, let alone get political, but with current affairs I just can't help but capture information here that is otherwise censored on all other channels. I am aware that the design page may not seem "serious" to many in this regard, but I will not change this to please the "mainstream". Anyone who is open to non-state-compliant information sees the content and not the packaging. I've tried enough to provide people with information over the last 2 years, but quickly noticed that it never matters how it's "packaged", but what the other person's attitude towards it is. I don't want to put honey on anyone's mouth to meet expectations in any way, so I'll keep this design because hopefully at some point I'll be able to stop making these political statements, because it's not my goal to go on like this forever ;) I leave it up to everyone how they deal with it.
