The world is abandoning Donald Trump in the Iran war, so he recruits the last ally who has never said no: John Rambo. Picked up straight from prison, pardoned on credit, ordered for a job that not a single allied frigate wants to touch.
The mission sounds like something straight out of a campaign office: Capture the Ayatollah, spank him on the White House lawn, and spank his bare bottom live on television while "God Bless the USA" plays. The president provides the justification himself: The midterm elections are approaching, and no one believes his constant back-and-forth of deals and no deals, bomb threats and no bomb threats anymore. Pete Hegseth is out of the running. Too much hair gel, one match is all it takes, and the defense secretary explodes like a firework.
Bill instead of comrades in arms
The satire simply lags behind reality. Trump promises an end to the war immediately after the election , while Vance and Rubio, behind closed doors, calculate for him that the war could drag on beyond 2029. He's already sending bills to the countries that haven't provided him with any assistance, seriously calling his own carnage a fraud. The "with us or against us" mentality has thus been given a price tag. An alliance that, in a crisis, is supposed to deliver remittances instead of soldiers was never a true alliance . Those who can't find any allies simply recruit one. Those who can't point to victories send out warnings. And those who call their own war a fraud keep it going until the election anyway—and call it "America First"!

"Dravens Tales from the Crypt" has been enchanting for over 15 years with a tasteless mixture of humor, serious journalism - for current events and unbalanced reporting in the press politics - and zombies, garnished with lots of art, entertainment and punk rock. Draven has turned his hobby into a popular brand that cannot be classified.
