Telegram groups, TikTok videos, dubious health websites with fonts from 2003 – the modern information market has discovered a remarkable niche: desperate cancer patients who have turned their backs on conventional medicine and are now ready to grasp at any open hand that offers a glimmer of hope. And what are they currently being offered? Ivermectin, fenbendazole, and mebendazole, touted as groundbreaking cancer killers in the echo chambers of the alternative internet. Anyone who questions this is quickly branded a pharmaceutical accomplice. Welcome to the age of biochemical mass experimentation.

What these substances really are – and what they are not
Let's start with the obvious, which apparently isn't obvious enough: Ivermectin, fenbendazole, and mebendazole are antiparasitic drugs. They were developed to eliminate parasites—worms, nematodes, certain ectoparasites—through specific mechanisms of action rooted in parasitic biology, not human oncology.

Ivermectin acts as a GABA receptor agonist: In parasites, this leads to paralysis and death. In humans? At the dosages required for an antiproliferative effect in cancer, it causes neurotoxicity, breach of the blood-brain barrier, and cardiac arrhythmias. The coordination problems, confusion, and liver toxicity—these aren't listed in the package insert as theoretical risks, but as documented clinical reality in cases of overdose. A chemical lobotomy in the name of self-medication.

Fenbendazole and mebendazole belong to the class of benzimidazoles. Their mechanism of action is the inhibition of beta-tubulin – they block the spindle apparatus and prevent cell division in parasites. This initially sounds appealing, since cancer cells also divide uncontrollably. The problem: These substances are lipophilic; they flood the entire system. They inhibit glucose uptake – but not selectively. Healthy cells starve along with the steroids, while cancer cells, which have long since switched to alternative metabolic pathways such as glutaminolysis, remain unaffected. Furthermore, mebendazole itself has been shown to be genotoxic in long-term studies. It's literally like fighting fire with kerosene.

Worming medication as cancer therapy: The illusion that kills – and why nobody talks about it.

The acidic environment and the Warburg trap
To understand why these substances are not only ineffective but actively harmful, we need to delve into biochemistry. Cancer cells are not external invaders—they are malfunctioning cells of the body itself that utilize the so-called Warburg effect: Instead of highly efficient mitochondrial respiration, they switch to primitive anaerobic glycolysis. The result is a flood of lactate and protons that transform the surrounding tissue into an acidic environment. This acidic barrier destroys T cells and macrophages—the immune system can no longer attack effectively.

The human body is designed for a slightly alkaline pH level of 7,35 to 7,45. As soon as this level shifts into the acidic range, an optimal environment for inflammation, cellular stress, and tumor growth is created. And this is precisely where the fatal paradox of antiparasitic therapy lies: ivermectin, fenbendazole, and mebendazole place a massive burden on the liver, kidneys, and cellular metabolism. They increase oxidative stress. They damage the mitochondria—those energy centers of the cell whose dysfunction is what actually promotes the Warburg effect. The result is an increase in lactic acid, ammonia, and acidic metabolic products in the blood. The pH level drops further—and cancer thrives.

The biochemical chain reaction
The breakdown of these substances in the body follows a precise and devastating pattern. Phase one: The liver must break down the ingested toxins via the cytochrome P450 system – specifically CYP3A4. This consumes significant amounts of glutathione, the body's most important natural defense against oxidative stress and cancer development. Phase two: The drugs directly damage the mitochondrial membrane. Electron transport in the respiratory chain breaks down. Instead of ATP – the cellular energy currency – superoxide anions are produced, highly reactive free radicals that damage cell membranes and DNA.

The resulting equation is simple: The existing tumor-induced acidosis is compounded by the oxidative stress induced by the medication, as well as by direct organ toxicity. The result is not cancer that has been fought – it is a biological collapse that can lead to bone marrow suppression, liver failure, immunosuppression, and neurological damage, among other things. Anyone who develops further mutations and metastases in this state shouldn't be surprised: The weakened immune system provides precisely the leeway that cancer cells need to adapt and develop resistance.

Why the hype exists – and who benefits from it
The obvious question is: How did this myth become so big in the first place? The answer is not pleasant, but it is honest.
The few studies that demonstrate an antiproliferative effect of these substances are almost exclusively in vitro studies – that is, experiments in test tubes. Cancer in the laboratory is not the same as cancer in a living organism. A tumor in the human body is a highly complex network of cells, immune responses, blood vessels, and signaling molecules. The fact that a substance inhibits cell growth in a petri dish tells us about as much about its effectiveness in humans as an aquarium experiment tells us about ocean currents.

The pharmaceutical industry actively blocks holistic research that would threaten its business model – this is not a conspiracy theory, but the structural logic of capitalist medicine. At the same time, certain players in the alternative health sector have long understood that fear and hope are the most profitable commodities. "Cheap deworming medication suppressed by the pharmaceutical industry" is a narrative that sells – sometimes with direct business interests behind the next link. What remains is the sick person in the middle, who invests their last resources – physical, financial, emotional – in an illusion.

For a brief period, something seems to happen: cell division is inhibited, the tumor appears to be at a standstill. What is happening in the background – immunosuppression, liver damage, new mutation sites – only becomes apparent months later in the form of massive relapses, liver metastases, and changes in blood counts.

What true healing means
True integrative medicine – not its superficial, telegraphic distillation – works to restore biological order. This means cell regeneration, repolarization of the cell membrane, and neutralization of acidosis. It means nutrition, targeted micronutrient therapy, detoxification of the liver and lymphatic system, psychological support, and immune modulation. Therapeutic approaches include medicinal mushrooms, frequency medicine, and mitochondrial support. Substances such as NAC for glutathione regeneration, omega-3 fatty acids to combat inflammation, and magnesium and zinc to replenish depleted mineral stores are also used.

No single remedy cures cancer – neither the oncologist's chemotherapy nor the deworming medication from a Telegram channel. Cancer is the body's cry for the restoration of order, for understanding what has been out of balance for years. Anyone who tries to answer this cry with an antiparasitic drug hasn't understood the question.

Conclusion
Ivermectin, fenbendazole, and mebendazole are excellent antiparasitic drugs. However, as cancer therapies, they act as accelerants – they worsen the acidic tumor environment, destroy mitochondrial function, deplete glutathione, burden the liver and kidneys, and open the door to resistance and metastases.

The science that proves this isn't secret knowledge. It's biochemistry. It's in the package insert. It's textbook material.

Anyone who studies oncology on Telegram, anyone who fights a cancer diagnosis with an antiparasitic drug from the internet, isn't playing a courageous game against the system – they're playing Russian roulette with their own body. And those who applaud them and send them the link to the next supplier are profiting from it.

Hope is understandable. Despair is human. But hope doesn't justify misinformation – and despair is not medical advice.

My blog was never designed to spread news, let alone get political, but with current affairs I just can't help but capture information here that is otherwise censored on all other channels. I am aware that the design page may not seem "serious" to many in this regard, but I will not change this to please the "mainstream". Anyone who is open to non-state-compliant information sees the content and not the packaging. I've tried enough to provide people with information over the last 2 years, but quickly noticed that it never matters how it's "packaged", but what the other person's attitude towards it is. I don't want to put honey on anyone's mouth to meet expectations in any way, so I'll keep this design because hopefully at some point I'll be able to stop making these political statements, because it's not my goal to go on like this forever ;) I leave it up to everyone how they deal with it.
