A little over 14 days ago, I took the liberty of asking Burger King if, in line with the motto "Have it your way", it would also be possible to supplement the salad sauces currently on offer with a better offer:

subject No "normal" salad sauces?Dear Mr. Burger King
I like to dine in your restaurants from time to time and enjoy every time
your fresh and tasty Whopper in the
various variations. Her motto: Have it your way, is there
something that I love to use and that I find very satisfying
feel. Like me but now several times in my circle of friends
heard that their salad dressings are anything but one
culinary flight of fancy, at least your balsamic vinegrette,
Lemon vinegrette, American or yogurt dressing doesn't change the taste
of my environment. For this reason I took the liberty of self-testing all your salads,
to test with the appropriate salad dressings and I have to mine
Consistently agree with acquaintances. Not a single sauce could mean it
Delight the palate, on the contrary, I sometimes found the dressings even
disgusting and not really edible. But luckily they are not
all tastes are the same and the salad on offer is definitely the same
taste good to some of the guests in your restaurant. But now to the real reason for my writing: You offer the four
Salad dressings mentioned above, but unfortunately no 08/15
Flavor, like an ordinary French or Italian dressing.
But I am convinced that it is precisely these refinements
the salad would be exactly what the customers want.
At least I heard that several times while ordering
other guests wondered why there were these two - in Switzerland
widespread - salad dressings are not on offer. Around
back on her motto: Have it your way to come as I can for
me and my friends can enjoy a salad in your restaurant
do? Is it possible to bring your own dressing or
of a suburb with the ingredients you offer? Or will
You will be offering these two sauces yourself in the foreseeable future?I look forward to your answer to solve the problem described
and hope to enjoy a salad in your restaurant in the future and me
to be able to taste.Best Regards
Draven
Unfortunately, BK did not find it necessary to this day to send an answer, not even a machine, to this email. Well, I'll be honest, I usually tend to eat a double Whopper, the salad is already in there Nevertheless, I find it more than just annoying that a company once again offers contact via the Internet, but this leads to data nirvana and there is no reaction to customer inquiries. Well, we're glad that there aren't (yet) any billable e-mails, otherwise the "service" would certainly be even better, analogous to call center fees, to then find yourself in the music loop. Lost and have it your way… Too bad Burger King.
Personally, I'm not a big salad eater either, but I find this offer from Burger King a bit strange. The basic principle at fast food chains should actually be that everyone likes the basic selection of the products on offer. In reality, this means that the products are products that have a very simple taste and do not stand out in any way. Of course, there are usually also certain offers that should also satisfy the more culinary tolerant people. Since Burger King is obviously targeting meat fanatics with its advertising, the chefs apparently don't even notice the deficiency that discourages buying salad ...
