Prof. Dr. Stefan Homburg has put together five facts about the pandemic, which come from official government sources and now show the danger of the corona virus, which was preached like a mantra every day by politicians and the media, in the light of truth. 1. All-time low in clinic occupancy in 2020
Hospital occupancy fell to an all-time low in 2020 and was in some cases 30% below the previous year.

2. Few serious respiratory diseases
Respiratory diseases were unremarkable in 2020 and 2021. Peak values occurred in 2018 and the end of 2022.

3. Deaths rose noticeably in 2021, not 2020
In 2020, the age-adjusted mortality rate was between the values of 2018 and 2019. It only increased noticeably with the start of vaccination in 2021.

4. Corona deaths were older than other deaths
On average, the PCR deaths were 83 years old, the other deaths were 82 years old.

5. Sweden performs better than Germany
The overall mortality rate per capita was lower in Sweden with and without masks than in Germany.
