At his show in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Rob Zombie performs Metallica's iconic, riff-heavy anthem "Enter Sandman" with his spooky backing band. The musician and filmmaker was recently spotted with American Psycho author Bret Easton Ellis. The two will likely work together on the Fox miniseries, which will be based on Charles Manson. Zombie is directing production, while Ellis will write the project's script and other ancillary material, which chronicles the events leading up to one of America's most horrifying crimes. "After talking to Bret, I immediately realized that we have the same vision for this epic madness." said Zombie.
Metallica are now "in the fourth inning" of the new studio album. "We're giving it the finishing touches at the moment," drummer Lars Ulrich recently said about "Rolling Stone".
