The Unknown Putin (Documentary 2010/2011 I Part 1 – 4)

PART 1

The main theme of the first series is the struggle for oil, which unfolded during the first term of Vladimir Vladimirovich and was accompanied by serious incidents, but little known to the general public. For example, it tells of the assassination attempt on the Russian President, which was prevented by the special services.
The filmmaker himself formulates his idea as follows: he first wants to find out "what those years (2000-2010) were like for this person who is responsible for everything".

PART 2

The story of five assassination attempts on Vladimir Putin. The story of the struggle for Russian industry, which was actually destroyed by privatization. "We don't know the whole nightmare of privatization, the death of the largest Russian factories whose products were sold on world markets," notes the filmmaker.
How is it that Russia, which was par with the US in arms sales in 1991, lost everything in Gaidar's time? How did the pride of Russia's space industry - the Khrunichev plant - come to produce rockets for an Australian amusement park? How did it happen that Putin could not find the owner of the privatized submarine nuclear plant in Komsomolsk-on-Amur? PART 3

The collapse and accumulation of Russia is the theme of the film's season 3, which caused a wide response on the web.
