Although not an official organization, the Black Eye Club refers to a growing number of politicians, celebrities, business elites and heads of state who have suddenly and mysteriously developed a black eye. A few of them sustained injuries to their right eyes, but most sustained injuries to their left. Those affected include George Bush, Kanye West, Pope Francis, Olaf Scholz and many others. Is this some kind of humiliation ritual? Or some kind of secret society initiation?
