But the true horror was not yet reached. Innocent children, those of adults who should know better, were manipulated and put in a bad light. Many will spend their lives dealing with the trauma inflicted on them in their formative years.

Whether there will be a thorough societal reckoning or whether society will forget about Covid as the next psychological operation, the climate crisis, looms. We must remind ourselves of these crimes against humanity every day and keep pointing the finger at the guilty until justice is brought to justice.
