Just leave the radio off when you get up in the morning. What they're buzzing about there (including the music) usually has a vibration frequency that you can do without. The material on offer often appears harmless (except for the fear porn news), but it is not at all. Don't do this to yourself, it's pure assault. Leave the radio off in the car too, same reason. Carefully choose your own music. This is a mindfulness exercise. Carefully selected music in high vibration.
You decide which vibrations and information you let into your field. Most people don't do this, most people let themselves be sprinkled and poisoned and contaminated with these vibrations and information. Look at the world, look around, everywhere you see the result of this decades-long sprinkling.

Same goes for the screen, it's best to get rid of it completely because the quality shows down to about 1% and 99% of the shows are energetic junk, negativity, fear and lots of story time and then as a bonus, nail it Coffin, banal senseless entertainment, all designed to fool you and keep you trapped in collective hypnosis, in ego coma, produced by hypnotized egos, presented by hypnotized egos, consumed by hypnotized egos, a giant hypnosis feast.
