One thing should be said in advance, the Braun CruZer Beard & Head can do something. Beard and hair trimmers, separate and combined, mains-dependent and battery-operated, both cheap and from the middle price segment, I have tried out a lot in the course of my beard growth, which has now lasted almost two and a half decades. So far, I haven't been completely satisfied with any of them. Others have a sufficient scope, but cut uncleanly or have an attachment that does not snap into place properly and slips back with the slightest pressure and first mills a path in the mat. The Braun device, on the other hand, has a solid and high-quality finish and the attachments lock firmly in the selected cutting length, but can be easily adjusted and exchanged by gently pressing the thumb and index finger on the side. The shave result is flawless with the beard, with scalp hair, especially with very fine hair, it can happen that one or the other takes cover in front of the approaching blade and does not straighten up again until the danger is over. But on the second, or at the latest third attempt, the last slacker is powerless.

But let me ask you one question in advance: why can't such a device simply be called a beard and hair clipper, but the New Denglish "beard & head cruZer"? The native speaker will probably bristle at the sight of this designation, which will at least make the subsequent procedure easier.

So far I have bought 5 new cheap hair trimmers in about 3 years. After a short time, they were always defective, something broke off or the hair tore terribly. Not so with the Braun CruZer Beard & Head. The Cruzer charged and worked relatively quickly. A flashing light indicates whether the battery is still charging or whether it has been fully charged. I immediately started shaving and found that the device works very precisely and is also amazingly quiet! Other devices sometimes sound like lawnmowers, but not the CruZer from Braun. Since the housing is not made of plastic, but hard rubber, the hair initially sticks to the device. It takes a bit of getting used to, but you can easily wash it off after use. You can also open the cutting blade at the top, both for washing under running water and of course for cleaning with the brush supplied. After repeated use, the blades should be cleaned with the light oil supplied, as this is standard and customary with these devices.

With the clips, all possible lengths can be adjusted almost continuously from 1 to 20 mm. The attachments are firmly fixed and do not slip. The cutting quality is excellent, the beard can be trimmed so quickly and thoroughly, right under the nose, without the hair remaining. The trimmer also does a neat job on sideburns and other areas that need fine tuning and can be retracted and extended without contortion. Two attachments are supplied with each device with which the different cutting lengths can be set. One attachment is intended for the beard, the other for the hair on the head. The supplied power cable has a very long stretchable cord, which is also an advantage. But be careful friends: When washing the blade, it is better to disconnect the device from the power. Overall, the device is good and comfortable to hold. I didn't check the battery capacity with the stopwatch, but it roughly corresponds to the manufacturer's specifications. CruZer, charging cable, attachments and other accessories fit a little tight, but completely in the supplied travel bag.

The battery lasts a very long time after a full charge and what impresses me most is that the device really has power, is very thorough and remains very, very quiet! Overall, very good for workmanship and technology, also very good for the shaving result on the beard and good for the short hairstyle. The price / performance ratio is also good, and with regular use, the acquisition costs should have amortized after a few months through saved visits to the hairdresser. The included travel bag is also nice. Everything can be neatly stowed here and is always at hand and quickly packed when traveling.

The Braun CruZer Beard & Head is a very convincing, handy and quiet hair clipper with trimmer function. The workmanship is of high quality. The styling is very restrained and the color is not very playful. It scores above all with the very precise trimming and styling of problematic beard areas. The hair clipper cuts the hair quickly, and the usual problem of remaining hair in the cutting attachments is no exception, even with the brown. However, this problem can be remedied by the uncomplicated and quick cleaning. I enjoy my new Braun CruZer Bear & Head and would not give it back! The only thing I would have liked to have been instead of NiMH lithium-ion batteries. Then the machine would have been considerably more expensive. Beard styling can be really fun when the result is right. You can't go wrong with this hair clipper. Real Beard shaper - Not for Kids.

"Dravens Tales from the Crypt" has been enchanting for over 15 years with a tasteless mixture of humor, serious journalism - for current events and unbalanced reporting in the press politics - and zombies, garnished with lots of art, entertainment and punk rock. Draven has turned his hobby into a popular brand that cannot be classified.

My blog was never designed to spread news, let alone get political, but with current affairs I just can't help but capture information here that is otherwise censored on all other channels. I am aware that the design page may not seem "serious" to many in this regard, but I will not change this to please the "mainstream". Anyone who is open to non-state-compliant information sees the content and not the packaging. I've tried enough to provide people with information over the last 2 years, but quickly noticed that it never matters how it's "packaged", but what the other person's attitude towards it is. I don't want to put honey on anyone's mouth to meet expectations in any way, so I'll keep this design because hopefully at some point I'll be able to stop making these political statements, because it's not my goal to go on like this forever ;) I leave it up to everyone how they deal with it.
