The film “Happy Metal – All We Need Is Love!” sends a black metal band on their last festival tour. Pascal (Jonathan Cohen), JP (Grégory Gadebois) and two of their friends have been playing a few summer concerts with their Satanic rock band “Les Dead MaKabés” for many years as part of their summer tour, which regularly takes them to really bad places. But now the musicians are all around 30 years old and are going through a bit of an identity crisis. The summer concert trips are on the brink, mainly due to their lack of success. The concert week, their musical style and their personal development become the subject of a conflict and slowly it becomes clear that this could be the four friends' last tour. And then, after a traffic accident, they end up on the police's wanted list - now they have to find shelter at the hippie festival "All You Need Is Love"...
