The doctor-patient relationship is a highly personal matter that has nothing to do with the state. Why is it interfering in everything recently? I have repeatedly experienced distorted and false statements in reports and medical reports, and you carry this with you in your patient file for the rest of your life. That's why I'm strictly against it and, on the contrary, advocate for health care that is as individualized and viable as possible, and which doesn't have to be more expensive because it could avoid many unnecessary, expensive examinations and treatments. On the contrary, doctors who support such an approach and really care about their patients are demoted in the health insurance association's screening and have to switch to private practice.
Storing medical records digitally has the following advantages and disadvantages and since we should start with the positive, let's first list the advantages:
- In the event of an emergency, the entire medical file is available.
- There is no need to tell the story of the illness 100 times.
- Side effects and interactions of medications can be better recorded.
And now the disadvantages:
- Doctors will increasingly make misdiagnoses.
- This almost eliminates second opinions.
- The health insurance and pharmaceutical industries will determine.
- Mandatory vaccinations can be better prepared.
- The AI is fed with the data and turns a patient into a gold mine.
- Etc
But of course everyone only means well for us...
