It is not easy for the largest giant snake species in the world today. Humans penetrate deeper and deeper into the Brazilian rainforest, making noise, garbage and the snake's habitat. No wonder the anaconda is under protection. In the following video, that doesn't stop the single-cell organisms from grabbing a record-breaking huge specimen by the tail and dragging it in front of their camera. Admittedly, it is a really monstrous queue, even by the standards of a species that can be up to ten meters long and heavy as a person, so it is understandable that one should somehow want to show it to the world. This specimen has most likely just finished eating a delicious capybara or a tapir, so it is correspondingly lazy and grumpy about being torn from its habitat and being chased back and forth by a boat. For the fishermen from the video, however, the action was not worth it: They could be convicted by the video and had to pay a fine of 600 euros for torturing the animal. That's right…

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising. But I like my readers, which is why I want to offer them a (largely) ad-free reading experience. If you like what's going on and/or what's going on on this website, then it would be nice if you somehow shared the fun here would support, Thank you!
