US scientists tested potentially dangerous biologics on patients at a psychiatric hospital in Kharkov from 2019 to 2021, head of the Russian Armed Forces' Radiation, Chemical and Biological Weapons Protection Igor Kirillov said at a news conference in Moscow on Thursday. “Patients with intellectual disabilities were selected for the experiments, taking into account their age, nationality and immune status.
