The Biden administration, in an act of deeply socialist planned economy, enacts a new fiscal self-destruct mortgage loan law that penalizes homebuyers with good credit for their diligence, reliability, and conscientiousness while giving those with bad credit a hefty discount. This is financial hara-kiri, which sets extremely false incentives, promotes bad behavior and even rewards it, and which could well lay the foundation for the next meltdown in the banking sector!
Just imagine that you literally tore your arms and legs off, gave up vacation, sold the car and got a second job in order to be able to pay your monthly loan installments for your semi-detached house on time and reliably, only to find out that your government, the state passed a law that gave your lazy neighbor who lives on credit, who lives in the other (!) semi-detached house, who parties every evening on the veranda, drives the latest AMG Mercedes, flies to Mallorca 3 times a year, goes on a cruise , who occasionally delays or doesn't pay a loan at all and is actually hopelessly over-indebted, now gets a 1,75% discount on his mortgage loan for his lavish lifestyle, while you can continue to work at the old, much higher interest rate.
Crazy, right? This is how “healthy fiscal policy” works today. Anyone who still doesn't realize that it was a grave mistake to give the state the sole decision-making monopoly on money issues will learn nothing more for the rest of their lives. It only remains for me, as always, to conclude with the well-known, libertarian motto:
Politics is not the solution but the problem!

My blog was never designed to spread news, let alone get political, but with current affairs I just can't help but capture information here that is otherwise censored on all other channels. I am aware that the design page may not seem "serious" to many in this regard, but I will not change this to please the "mainstream". Anyone who is open to non-state-compliant information sees the content and not the packaging. I've tried enough to provide people with information over the last 2 years, but quickly noticed that it never matters how it's "packaged", but what the other person's attitude towards it is. I don't want to put honey on anyone's mouth to meet expectations in any way, so I'll keep this design because hopefully at some point I'll be able to stop making these political statements, because it's not my goal to go on like this forever
