Mexican director Guillermo del Toro directed “Hellboy”, was a producer on “Kung Fu Panda 2”, is the creator of “The Strain” and screenwriter on all 3 “The Hobbit” films. The next project on his list is the upcoming Netflix animated series “Trollhunters.” In the series, trolls and people live side by side in a kind of parallel society. The trolls live underground and the people live above ground. Actually, the two species only rarely meet. But one day the trolls have a problem because dark figures threaten their world. Their mighty warrior sacrificed himself to protect the magical amulet that gives the trolls strength. Now the trolls are looking for an heir to the power and meet the somewhat insecure boy Jim. He is the trolls' last hope and together with a few friends, Jim begins the fight against evil. Netflix has just released a first trailer and it doesn't look bad at all. The first season starts on Netflix on December 23, 2016.

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising. But I like my readers, which is why I want to offer them a (largely) ad-free reading experience. If you like what's going on and/or what's going on on this website, then it would be nice if you somehow shared the fun here would support, Thank you!
