Actor Sylvester Stallone has shared a video of himself training at the gym in preparation to return in the role of John Rambo. Stallone is 72 years old - and still an absolute machine that can lift more weight than most of us. The seasoned actor has on Instagram published some pictures in which he shows his training program.
During his hardcore workout at his private gym, Sly wears a John Rambo shirt and listens to "Welcome to the Jungle" by Guns N' Roses - quite fitting given the circumstances! Stallone also referenced the song in his caption:

The fifth sequel to the 1982 film First Blood, which introduced us to Vietnam veteran John Rambo, has been the subject of much discussion over the past decade. Earlier this year, Stallone actually joined the conversation, taking up the project on his social media. And he has confirmed: Rambo 5 will be in cinemas in autumn 2019.
