Paul Hyett brings horror to the venerable halls of a monastery. «Heretiks» is set in the 17th century and follows a woman who narrowly escaped the death penalty. But her life is not given to her in vain. She is supposed to learn to regret her sins in a monastery – until she realizes with horror that incomprehensible evil is lurking in this monastery. But what exactly? This question will probably have to be clarified before the end of this year, albeit without a fixed start date for the time being. Hyatt penned the script for the film with his The Seasoning House co-writer Conal Palmer. He also falls back on the tried and tested with the cast: There is a reunion with Rose Day, who should still be known to genre fans from “Howl – Endstation Vollmond” and of course “The Seasoning House”. Other roles go to film icon Michael Ironside (Starship Troopers, Total Recall), Hannah Arterton (Safe, Walking on Sunshine), Clare Higgins (Hellraiser), Ciarán McMenamin and Freddy Carter.

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising. But I like my readers, which is why I want to offer them a (largely) ad-free reading experience. If you like what's going on and/or what's going on on this website, then it would be nice if you somehow shared the fun here would support, Thank you!
