I like the minions. Yes, really. And we've known for ages that the second part of Despicable Me wasn't the end of the story. A sequel was announced at the same time as part 2 hit theaters. That was in 2013 and almost 4 years later, «Universal Pictures» released the first trailer. This gives us an insight into the new adventure of Gru, the 3 children Agnes, Edith and Margo, his wife Lucy and the Minions. In the third part, ex-villain Gru and his wife, agent Lucy, have to fight former child star Brat Balthazar. I liked the first two parts of Despicable Me. Great story and nice animations. But I'm a little worried about the originality of the third part. Where the first film was still about making a loving father out of the evil villain and the sequel was about finding a wife for him, the third film may drift into insignificance. I might write because the story can be well written and interesting. But basically the drops after part 2 were sucked for me. Whatever the outcome, a reunion with the Minions is sure to bring a few laughs. An exact date for the theatrical release has not yet been set, but it should be sometime in the summer of 2017...
