Garlic and lemon are both wonderful ingredients for our health, but in combination they are simply unbeatable and really feasible for everyone (and no more excuses). In old age and with certain risk factors, such as obesity, high blood pressure, elevated cholesterol levels, diabetes mellitus, fatty foods or smokers, the vessel walls change significantly. They become inflexible and there are unwanted deposits everywhere. It is also called arteriosclerosis. At some point, secondary diseases such as thrombosis, stroke or heart attack set in. In addition to a change in lifestyle, it is advisable to take the garlic-lemon elixir regularly or as a cure. Because it really cleans the arteries and veins. If the veins in the brain or coronary arteries are constricted or calcified, drink a glass of schnapps or liqueur (0,4 cl) daily, ideally shortly before or after a main meal. You got used to the taste very quickly, because it's not as bad as some people imagine and you don't smell very strongly of Knofi either. Make the elixir from:
- 30 peeled garlic cloves
- five chopped and peeled organic lemons / not sprayed
- about 1 liter of pure water
To do this, you should mash the garlic cloves and lemons in a blender and fill up with 1 liter of water. You can bring the mix to a boil for longer shelf life, but this also means less effect. When cooking, bring to the boil only once and then immediately remove from the heat. Then push the liquid through a sieve and fill it into any sealable bottle or screw-top jar. Now keep the whole thing in the fridge, even larger quantities can be stored well.
After just three weeks of daily enjoyment, you can feel a youthful, pleasant regeneration of the whole body. Calcifications (as they are almost always present in older people) and their side effects, for example when seeing and hearing, recede and begin to disappear completely. The brain gets going again. You can sleep again at night. Even ringing in the ears and ringing in the ears (tinnitus aurium) decrease and disappear. Patients could avoid heart surgery because blood fats and calcium had dissolved. The blood pressure normalizes. The garlic elixir has also proven its worth in the case of decayed teeth and periodontal disease!
After a three-week cure, you should take a break for eight days and then do the second three-week cure. Then there is resounding success. A variant:
Health and garlic fans can increase the effect even more if they chop half the above amount of garlic, lemon and water in the blender very well and leave it raw. When heated, parts of the essential oils in the garlic and valuable vitamins are destroyed. The resulting raw mass gels a little in the fridge and the taste is of course a little more intense - but so is the effect! Take six teaspoons of this and dissolve it in a glass of water and enjoy everything like lemonade, tastes the same. Consider: It is pure natural medicine!
