Kraven the Hunter-Trailer

Kraven the Hunter is part of Sony's Spiderverse, alongside Morbius and Venom. It was directed by JC Chandor, who made his blockbuster debut with "Kraven the Hunter" after works like "All Is Lost" or "A Most Violent Year". The title role is played by Aaron Taylor-Johnson (Bullet Train). The trailer gives a foretaste of the origin story of the cult comic character. In the short trailer, Kraven's origin story appears to be slightly altered. Rather than consuming various potions like in the comics, the trailer hints that Kraven received his superhuman strength and agility after being attacked by a lion as a child. The trailer also reveals several other actors who will star in the film, which also includes Oscar winners Russell Crowe (Gladiator), Ariana DeBose (West Side Story), Alessandro Nivola (The Many Saints of Newark) and Christopher Abbott (possessor). Kraven the Hunter is the first R-rated Spiderverse movie. The theatrical release date in our latitudes is October 5th.
