The house from «Halloween»
“Halloween” is one of the greatest horror films of all time. Carpenter was looking for a rundown house for the film. For the opening sequence, which takes place a few years before the rest of the action in the film, he had to have the house renovated. Oddly enough, the house is no longer where it was when the film was shot. It was completely moved to another location. At the address of the location (707 Meridian Avenue, South Pasadena), there is a completely different building.

The shopping center from "Dawn Of The Dead"
The Monroeville Mall was the filming location for George A. Romero's classic film "Dawn Of The Dead" (aka "Zombie"). The film was shot here in the winter of 1977/1978 while the shopping center was closed. Since many fans make a pilgrimage there, it is actually worth a visit, because according to Wikipedia there is a small zombie museum there. Incidentally, some scenes from «Flashdance» were also filmed here.

The "Amityville Horror" house
In this case it is the "real" haunted house, which has been for sale several times recently. None of the former residents after the alleged haunting in the 70s knew of any incidents to report. As you can see, the distinctive round windows are now missing, deliberately removed to change the look so that it's not easily recognizable. Because pushy fans are probably the real reason why nobody can stand it there for so long.

The house from "Poltergeist"
In reality, the house is not in a cemetery at all, but in the Simi Valley in California. Actually, this is a haunted ghost because a poltergeist would actually be connected to the building and not to the property.
