The debut novel by Tino Hanekamp "So Was Von Da" now enjoys cult status, as does the author as a co-founder of the Hamburg club "Uebel & Gefahrlich". Director Jakob Lass has now tried to film this novel, in which extras who are being filmed celebrating "naturally" have to be on call for stage directions. Unfortunately, this doesn't look very authentic. Ecstasy is somehow different. The first impression the trailer gives looks like a classic misconception. The plot of "So Was Von Da" is about the demolition party of a Hamburg neighborhood club on New Year's Eve. Main character Oskar Wrobel has to juggle an ex-pimp, dead Elvis, the interior senator, his best friend and his great love at the same time. What works as a novel does not necessarily apply to a film. The cast consists of Niklas Bruhn, Martina Schöne-Radunski, Esther Blankenhagel, Mathias Bloech, Johannes Haas, Tinka Fürst, Corinna Harfouch, Bela B., David Schütter and many more. The film adaptation will start in cinemas on August 16th...

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising. But I like my readers, which is why I want to offer them a (largely) ad-free reading experience. If you like what's going on and/or what's going on on this website, then it would be nice if you somehow shared the fun here would support, Thank you!
