After the relatively quiet episodes of the past, the last, 14th episode offered a welcome change for all those who missed the bloody and violent zombie action of the past. But after this episode one was almost kind of angry about the unspeakable stupidity and audacity of so many residents of the Alexandria protection zone. In view of the naivety and cowardice of individual residents displayed in this episode alone, it seems almost a miracle that this community could exist for so long.
In der 14. Folge «Spend» mussten wir uns von gleich zwei Serienfiguren verabschieden: Deannas Sohn Aiden, der in seinem Eifer versehentlich eine Granate hatte hochgehen lassen, woraufhin er bei lebendigem Leibe von Walkern gefressen wurde, sowie dem armen Noah, den «dank» Aidens einstigem Kompagnon Nicholas dasselbe fürchterliche Schicksal ereilte. Unterdessen war Abraham in Alexandria zum Leiter des Bautrupps befördert worden, während Carol die schockierende Entdeckung machte, dass der Camp-Arzt und Alkoholiker Pete Anderson offenbar seine Frau Jessie und seinen Sohn Sam misshandelt. Zur gleichen Zeit war Father Gabriel zu Deanna geeilt, wo er Rick & seine Gruppe als «gefährlich» bezeichnete und ihr dringend davon abriet, ihnen zu vertrauen. Da Maggie diese Unterhaltung allerdings mithörte, dürfte es wohl nicht lange dauern, bis die anderen aus der Gruppe von diesem Verrat erfahren. Bleibt nun also die Frage, wie Deanna auf Gabriels Worte reagieren wird – vor allem, wenn sie erfährt, dass ihr eigener Sohn getötet wurde.

Das Promo-Video zu Episode 15 «Try» beginnt mit einer Szene, die sich offensichtlich auf dem Friedhof der Alexandria Schutzzone abspielt. Dort sehen wir Deanna und Rick vor vier (!) Gräbern stehen, woraufhin sich Deanna mit beinahe provokant fragendem Gesichtsausdruck zu Rick umdreht und dicht vor ihm stehenbleibt. Ohne auch nur ein Wort zu sagen scheint ihre Botschaft an Rick klar zu sein: Du trägst eine Mitschuld am Tod meines Sohnes! Daraufhin hören wir allerdings Ricks Stimme sagen: «Die wissen doch überhaupt nicht, was sie tun. Ihre Regeln? Die befolgen wir erst gar nicht. Keine einzige von ihnen.» Währenddessen sehen wir Michonne, die ihre Polizei-Uniform auf ihr Bett legt, sowie anschliessend eine schnellere Reihe von Bildern, wo wir u.a. Daryl sehen, der auf einer Art Suchtrip ausserhalb der ASZ unterwegs sein muss. In Folge 14 hatten wir ihn auf seinem Motorrad gesehen, wie er, gefolgt von Aaron im Auto, die ASZ verliess, so dürften sich die beiden also eventuell auch in der kommenden 15. Folge noch «draussen» aufhalten.

We also see Deanna burning a sheet of paper with an angry look and presumably Rick pulling his gun. Will there be a showdown between Rick & Deanna in the next episode or is it just another clever juxtaposition of scenes? Then Deanna's husband, Reg, screams out their name, whereupon we see Rick and Carl, together with Edin, running up to something in fright before we see Glenn, who - followed by Nicholas - also runs as if it were about his Life would go. Paired with pictures of Sasha in the bell tower, who is apparently aiming at a young woman, this penultimate episode seems to be looming some mischief again. Because life inside the walls is becoming more and more similar to life outside and the group has to recognize that a sheltered and protected life is probably not possible after all ...

"Dravens Tales from the Crypt" has been enchanting for over 15 years with a tasteless mixture of humor, serious journalism - for current events and unbalanced reporting in the press politics - and zombies, garnished with lots of art, entertainment and punk rock. Draven has turned his hobby into a popular brand that cannot be classified.
My blog was never designed to spread news, let alone get political, but with current affairs I just can't help but capture information here that is otherwise censored on all other channels. I am aware that the design page may not seem "serious" to many in this regard, but I will not change this to please the "mainstream". Anyone who is open to non-state-compliant information sees the content and not the packaging. I've tried enough to provide people with information over the last 2 years, but quickly noticed that it never matters how it's "packaged", but what the other person's attitude towards it is. I don't want to put honey on anyone's mouth to meet expectations in any way, so I'll keep this design because hopefully at some point I'll be able to stop making these political statements, because it's not my goal to go on like this forever
