Episode 4 of «The Walking Dead» Season 6 is all about Morgan Jones' past and how the once almost psychopathic killer became a peaceful Zen warrior. But first to the question that should probably burn most under the nails of all fans after the past third episode: When will we finally find out more about Glenn's fate? Apparently, AMC has already revealed something about the 5th episode about the preview of episode 6. So what awaits us in the next two episodes, you can find out here.
After all, Scott M. Gimple promised us that before the end of the first half of The Walking Dead Season 6 we will have certainty as to whether Glenn is still alive and if so, how. So is it possible in the upcoming 5th episode or the 6th episode after that? And will Maggie go in search of Glenn? Numerous statements from the producers as well as the first spoiler photos from the set have ensured that we shouldn't give up hope that our favorite pizza delivery boy will return after all. Let's take a look at the promo video for episode 5 "Now" here:
So, as you can see thanks to the episode 5 scenes above, “Now” awaits us with a return to Alexandria. Individual scenes should already be familiar to the attentive readers among you, as they are from the Comic-Con trailer that was presented in San Diego in July. For example, at the beginning of the video, we see Jessie apparently burying the bodies after the Wolves attack, admitting, "I used to not want to see how things really are." We then apparently see Aaron and Maggie in the armory, where Maggie appears to be preparing for a tour while Aaron says to her with a worried look, "I can't let you do this!". "You can't stop me," Maggie replies, clearly unmoved. Then again we see Jessie running towards a house, where she gets a real shock when suddenly a person - a walker (?) - presses against the glass pane of the door in front of her.
Shortly thereafter, we see a mysterious scene: while we hear Jessie's voice ("We have to recognize it. And we have to fight it!"), we see Tara and Carl talking, after which a person in a denim jacket has his back to us , seems to be secretly shoving a knife in his pocket. Shortly thereafter, we see that person ramming the knife into the ground in anger, before we are suddenly presented with the full rear view as that person lunges at Carl with determination! Who is this about? Unfortunately, this head shape or this hairstyle doesn't look familiar at all... Maybe because they are otherwise covered by a beanie? Well, we have a pretty good feeling that Jessie's hair-cutting obsession has since caught on with her eldest son. And will Jessie be able to convince the rest of Alexandria of Rick's philosophy?
We also see an injured Alexandrian declaring, "If we do this, we're going in a direction where nothing matters anymore," to which Jessie replies, "If we don't fight, we're going to die!" Shortly before that, we also see her pulling a knife out of her pocket before entering a house and the moment she pulls the wolf's corpse out of her kitchen. It all looks pretty exciting, which is also promised by the second promo video above and the sneak peek that follows. These show scenes with Daryl, Sasha and Abraham and since then the confusion among the fans has been great, because nobody knows for sure whether this is a promo video for episode 6. However, the assumption that this is a second promo video for episode 5 seems rather unlikely, especially since the synopsis for episode 5 reads: "Following a number of setbacks, the mood in Alexandria grows grim for the sheltered citizens"» ( "After a series of setbacks, anger grows in Alexandria towards the housed residents"), with the latter expression clearly meaning Rick's squad and so we are quite obviously in Episode 5 in Alexandria.
Nonetheless, it's good to know that we can expect a lot more Daryl action soon. Our heroes seem to have a lot ahead of them! Apparently, Daryl will be alone again and have to defend himself against Walker. Will this also be the episode in which he is captured by the mysterious strangers? But Sasha and Abe also seem to have everything but under control! But how do these scenes come about? Are you running out of fuel and having to leave your car behind? According to the scenes in the video, they could also have a serious accident! Or are you trying to pursue a new plan after the others on your team are no longer available?
All in all, two highly exciting episodes await us, although the all-important question unfortunately still remains unanswered: What really happened to Glenn? Even if we apparently have to wait until episode 7 to get a reliable answer to this question, Maggie could possibly be looking for him in episode 5: So we see how she prepares for an exploration tour in the presence of Aaron , and we saw the two of them in the Comic-Con trailer exploring a dark tunnel together! Will they go looking for Glenn and Nicholas alone? The returned survivors Michonne, Heath and Scott will certainly have told Maggie and the others about the incidents in the devastated suburb, which is why we honestly would not be at all surprised if Maggie decided to take matters into her own hands ... Whether that will go well?
