In the sixth episode of "The Walking Dead" season 6 we found out how Daryl, Sasha and Abraham had fared, from whom we hadn't really heard anything since the quarrying action in episode 1. As we saw in Episode 6, their mission to lure the remaining half of the Walker herd further and further away from Alexandria did not go according to plan: the three were suddenly attacked by strangers, after which they had to split up and Daryl the main part of the episode was traveling alone. When will we finally see our group together again? Here's what the promo and sneak peak videos already tell us about the events of Episode 7!
In the 6th episode, Daryl met Dwight, another survivor, and his two companions, who - as we can guess thanks to the comics - are all part of the Saviors and will probably meet us again towards the end of season 6 together with Negan . But before that cruel gang is really an issue for our heroes, a completely different threat threatens - and it is more of an undead nature. In the following videos for the upcoming 7th episode you can see that this will lead us back to Alexandria. The promo video begins with us seeing Rick say to someone, "(We have to) do it now!" He then continues: "Do you really think you can do this without having blood on your hands?" With those words, one naturally suspects that he's speaking to none other than Morgan, whose evolution into a peace-loving stick-wielding aikido fighter was only the subject of the fourth episode of this season. So after the events with the Wolves, will the two old pals finally talk things out? And what plan do they hatch against the Walkers?
What we see a little later is quite disturbing: Do you remember when we briefly saw a section of the wall at the very end of episode 5, where blood was obviously running down? Rick discovers exactly this spot in episode 7, although he will certainly also ask himself where this blood comes from... The wall is probably not as tight or safe as expected and the blood of the walkers who press against it penetrates through the leaks? Or could the blood have come from someone within the walls? We also see our dear Carol with baby Judith in her arms and a pretty horrified expression on her face, and then a walker on the ground… also inside the walls?! Together with the music, which is becoming more and more intense, everything suddenly happens very quickly: We see Maggie darting around the corner, Rick running to the wall and shouting loudly: «Hurry up! Keep moving!", (probably) Michonne, who pulls her katana out of a box, and then a lot of walkers in a pile, who just seem to be pushing somewhere against it...
Will the wall, which was believed to be so safe, give in to the pressure of the undead masses after all? The official synopsis of episode 7 says: “Alexandria is finally able to begin pulling itself back together; peace is embraced between the two groups." («Alexandria finally manages to get back on its feet to some extent, there is peace between the two groups.»), which actually sounds pretty confident. However, the title «Heads Up» already indicates that not everything is so Friede Freude Pancakes in the community! On the contrary, "Heads Up" can be interpreted literally as "attention/watch out", but on the other hand it can also mean "forewarning", which brings us back to the topic of the midseason finale... And where are Glenn, Enid, Daryl, Sasha and Abraham, who obviously still haven't "arrived at home"? Were they left out on purpose, or might they be the cause of the commotion in Alexandria? What is certain is that the residents of Alexandria in "Heads Up" once again find themselves somewhere between complete despair and hope...
The 7th episode of «The Walking Dead» Season 6 finally sheds some light and reveals what happened to Glenn Rhee. Did he survive or is he really dead? The answer seems to be known before the episode airs. In Episode 3, we saw the popular character end up in a cluster of walkers after falling. Seconds later, the camera ruthlessly shows how the zombies obviously pounce on him and rip open his stomach. A death sentence…or is it? After weeks of waiting, we finally get an answer and find out what fate befell the former pizza boy: Glenn is alive! Insiders who have already seen the 7th episode "The Wall" have now revealed this. Accordingly, Glenn manages to save himself under the garbage can and hide there until the walkers leave the alley. When he succeeds, he meets Enid shortly afterwards, who is hiding on the roof of a building. In the 7th episode he still manages to find his way back to Alexandria. However, there is another problem: the zombie herd is still surrounding the small community...
