Jordan Peele's new nightmare "We" (Us) is a monster film and social criticism rolled into one. In the first trailer, we are taken on a seemingly harmless family trip that develops horribly nightmarish traits. Because when the two married couple Adelaide and Gabe Wilson (Lupita Nyong'o and Winston Duke, the two stars from "Black Panther") set off with their children to the old holiday home of Adelaide, they did not suspect that they were conjuring up a great disaster. In fact, as night fell, the Wilsons spotted four figures holding hands, perfectly still, waiting at the end of their driveway. Then the situation gets completely out of hand - for everyone involved! As the trailer reveals, the monsters are copies of us; creepy doubles who do the unspeakable. Jordan Peele, who just won an Oscar for his work on «Get Out», once again holds up the mirror to us thanks to the socially critical component. The film, which also stars Elisabeth Moss (The Handmaid's Tale), Anna Diop (Titan) and Kara Hayward, will hit theaters on March 14, 2019.
Tolerance should really only be a temporary attitude: it must lead to recognition. To tolerate means to insult.

It should be clear that running dravenstales.ch takes a lot of time and costs. To cover costs and maybe a free drink or two, I could plaster the whole place with advertising.
