A few hours ago, “Vikings” lead actor Travis Fimmel surprised fans with a new trailer for the second half of season 4. The focus is on Lagertha's revenge campaign against Aslaug and Ragnar's trust in Ivar's dazzling future.
In just under two months the 11th episode of the 4th season “Vikings” will finally continue. zTo the fans' regret, the latest season was interrupted with a break of around seven months. After all, the 10th episode ended both exciting and tragic: Ragnar (Travis Fimmel) returns to his homeland, but he is no longer welcome there. Even his sons, who have now grown into young men, don't think much of their father. But Ragnar continues to believe in his children's rich future. This can be seen in a new trailer that Travis Fimmel posted himself a few hours ago. On Instagram he surprised the fan community with previously unseen material for the new episodes. Luckily, the 37-year-old posted the video again himself, because the YouTube link leads to a video that has now been blocked.
The focus of the new trailer is Ragnar's confidence that the deeds of his crippled son (Alex Høgh Andersen) will go down in history books. Lagertha (Katheryn Winnick) is convinced that there can only be one queen among the Vikings - and that should be her, not Aslaug (Alyssa Sutherland). In the trailer we see Ragnar's current wife with a sword and armed men walking through Kattegat. Does she face her predecessor in battle? Rollo (Clive Standen) is obviously no longer convinced of a quiet future in Paris. Although he loves Princess Gisla, he has been suppressing the Viking in himself for far too long. Time for Rollo the Viking to return in season 4B ...
